After the Chicago Bears' offense was finally hitting their stride in training camp, it seems as though they forgot everything they had just done well and went back to first week issues.
ESPN Bears beat reporter Courtney Cronin chronicled their Sunday workout, which took place in front of 23,000 fans at Soldier Field during the Family Fest practice. What Bears fans got to witness was multiple mistakes, including delay of game penalties, and a safety being taken in the end zone, which the new head coach Ben Johnson called "inexcusable."
A frustrated Johnson had the difficult task of explaining what is going on with the offense and what the team will have to do about it.
