LANDOVER, Md. — Bears receiver DJ Moore did not take the team flight back to Chicago after Monday night’s 25-24 win against the Commanders.

A team official said that he will receive precautionary medical attention and that coach Ben Johnson will provide a further update on Tuesday afternoon. Moore was joking in the Bears’ locker room immediately after the game but was later spotted leaving Northwest Stadium in an ambulance, headed to a hospital for evaluation.

It’s unclear exactly what happened to Moore to prompt the examination, though he appeared to be in pain after taking a hit to the midsection in the first half.
