Left tackle Charles Leno can tell when Nick Foles is feeling it.
When the quarterback has completed a couple passes in a row, he wants Bears coaches to call the play into his helmet quicker. He hustles his linemen to the line of scrimmage and gets his receivers set promptly. Foles will mutter a few words of encouragement to his teammates – “Cmon, guys, let’s get it” — and try to keep the momentum going.
It reminds Leno of a red-hot basketball player calling for the ball.
“He wants to keep that mojo going,” Leno said.
