CHICAGO -- Thin at tight end, the Chicago Bears agreed to terms with former Miami Dolphins player Dion Sims.
At 6-foot-4, 271 pounds, Sims’ in-line blocking should help open holes for second-year running back Jordan Howard. The Bears made news by picking up free agent quarterback Mike Glennon, but the strength of Chicago’s offense in 2017 is likely to be their ground game.
Terms: Three-years, $18 million with $10 million guaranteed, according to the NFL Network.
