Cuts this year look different than any other season.

NFL teams spent training camp with 80 players instead of the usual 90, allowing owners to save money and teams to prevent the risk o. They still must trim their rosters to 53 players by 3 p.m. Saturday, but they can fill a 16-player practice squad — expanded to protect against coronavirus outbreaks — starting Sunday.
