DETROIT — The Bears are undercutting themselves against the Lions with undisciplined mistakes and trail 28-14 at halftime Sunday at Ford Field.
The Lions got a touchdown just before halftime in a bizarre sequence. Jared Goff completed a 29-yard pass to Isaac TeSlaa that was initially ruled down in bounds at the Bears’ 4-yard line and the clock ran out. As the Bears cleared their sideline and ran to the locker room, the officials changed the call to TeSlaa being out of bounds and gave the Lions the ball at the 4 with six seconds left.
