24 hours before their showdown with the Detroit Lions in Week 2, the Chicago Bears made some final moves to get the roster where it needs to be.
The Bears announced that defensive end Tanoh Kpassgnon was elevated from the practice squad to the active roster. Kpassagnon is replacing wide receiver Jahdae Walker on the roster after he was downgraded to being out for the game with his ankle injury.
Chicago also made two moves to the practice squad. Kicker Jake Moody, who was just picked up from the San Francisco 49ers, was officially signed to the practice squad.
