Bears rue missed tackles after four players couldn't stop Packers RB Josh Jacobs on crucial play

GREEN BAY, Wis. — As deflating as all the Packers’ long pass plays were in the Bears’ 28-21 loss, the most crushing defensive lapse for the Bears was with 5:20 left and the game tied at 21. Packers running back Josh Jacobs got a pitch to the right on third-and-two at the Bears’ 28-yard line, and four defenders converged but failed to tackle him.

Defensive end Montez Sweat got a hand on him for what would’ve been a two-yard loss, and defensive tackle Gervon Dexter, linebacker D’Marco Jackson and cornerback Jaylon Johnson were waiting behind him.
