Bears QB Caleb Williams sets goal of being team's first 4,000-yard passer

The Bears are the only NFL team that hasn’t had a quarterback pass for 4,000 yards in a season, and Caleb Williams is intent on ending that embarrassing conversation.

In a post-practice sit-down with NFL Network’s Stacey Dales and Brian Baldinger on Tuesday, Baldinger asked Williams if he’d ever heard that unfortunate fact.

“Breaking news,” Williams said with a laugh. “P.S.A.: There’s never been a 4,000-yard passer. That’s a goal of mine.

“Why not strive and shoot for the moon? I want to be that guy to be able to do it.
