Bears open practice window for CB Kyler Gordon, OL Braxton Jones head of Packers game

The Bears are hoping to get some help as they take on the Packers in the first round of the playoffs Saturday.

They opened the 21-day practice window for nickel cornerback Kyler Gordon and backup tackle Braxton Jones on Tuesday, and both players are eligible to come off injured reserve for the Packers game. Those are two key positions, too, with nickel C.J. Gardner-Johnson in the concussion protocol and starting left tackle Ozzy Trapilo dealing with knee and quad injuries.

Gordon has had three different injuries, gone on IR twice and played just three games.
