One of the Chicago Bears' biggest NFC North division rivals, the Green Bay Packers, are dealing with an injury to their star quarterback Jordan Love.
It was first seen that Love injured his left thumb in the preseason game against the New York Jets. During practice on Monday, he had his finger wrapped to protect it.
Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst announced in his press conference on Tuesday that Love will undergo a procedure on his thumb, referring to it as a "ligament issue." Gutekunst hopes Love will return to practice next week and remains on track to start in Week 1.
