Bears legend Doug Buffone passes away at age 70

The Bears lost a legend on Monday.

Doug Buffone, who was a member of the Bears for 15 seasons from 1966-1979, was found dead in his home at the age of 70, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Buffone played in 186 career games with the Bears, the third-most in franchise history. He retired from the NFL in 1980.

In recent years, Buffone co-hosted the Bears postgame radio show on 670-AM The Score with Ed O’Bradovich.
