Here's the thing about the Bears: they're back. And when they're not back (very rare), they're only one player away from being back. That's the fun cycle that exists every July in Chicago, like clockwork.
So the only real question heading into Bears' training camp next week is this: are the Bears back (yes, duh) or are the Bears just one player away from being back? Is there one star pass rusher or running back that could happen to be scooped up off another team's waivers? Surely the Bengals have one more moment of organizational malpractice in them before Week 1 arrives.
