Bears have 14 players on injury report, but some are progressing toward playing vs. Giants

It’s normal to have a length injury report this time of year, and the Bears have had more than a dozen miss practice time heading toward their home game Sunday against the Giants.

First, the good news.

Wide receivers DJ Moore (hip and groin) and Rome Odunze (ankle and heel) were partial participants after missing practice Wednesday, and fellow receiver Luther Burden III (concussion) continued to practice in full. Burden remains in the concussion protocol, as does tight end Cole Kmet. Kmet practiced in full after being limited Wednesday.

Defensive tackle Grady Jarrett and left guard Joe Thuney each missed a practice this week, but neither was due to injury.
