It was only a walkthrough to kick off practice for the Wild Card showdown against the Green Bay Packers, but the Chicago Bears are looking solid with the first injury report released.
Starting with the bad news, three players did not work out for the Bears. Those names include cornerback C.J. Gardner-Johnson (concussion), defensive lineman Joe Tryon-Shoyinka (concussion), and wide receiver Jahdae Walker (illness).
Now, for the good news: six remaining players practiced. The biggest names were cornerback Kyler Gordon (groin) and wide receiver Rome Odunze (foot), who were both limited. Here is how the six players were designated:
- Kyler Gordon, CB (Groin, Limited)
- DJ Moore, WR (Knee, Limited)
- Rome Odunze, WR (Foot, Limited)
- Ozzy Trapilo, OL (Quad, Limited)
- Braxton Jones, OL (Knee, Full)
- Nick McCloud, CB (Illness, Full)
