The biggest offseason prize went to the Chicago Bears when they landed Ben Johnson as head coach. And, as fun as it is for other teams to make light of the Bears "winning the offseason," this single move by Chicago already made a huge impression in only one week.
And we're not even really talking about the Bears, here.
The Detroit Lions opened their season against the Green Bay Packers and, when they had Johnson as offensive coordinator, the Lions were 5-1 against Matt LaFleur. Times have changed, though, as the Lions came out completely flat and a shell of their former selves in Green Bay.
