The Chicago Bears had some injury added to insult after their blowout loss on Sunday with the news of cornerback Jaylon Johnson being out indefinitely, possibly for the rest of the 2025 season, with a groin injury. That was the last bit of news they needed after getting absolutely obliterated on Sunday by the Detroit Lions to the tune of 52 points.
After the barrage of scoring with the Vikings pouring it on in the 4th quarter back in Week 1 followed by the Lions dropping 52 points, the Bears might be going from insult to injury and back to insult again in Week 3.
