The roster movement has officially begun with the Chicago Bears with six players off the list with one other being officially out for the season.
To no surprise, cornerback Terell Smith was placed on the injured reserve list, effectively ending his 2025 season. Smith suffered a torn patellar tendon in his left knee during the Buffalo Bills preseason game.
The Bears made sure to make some more moves with the Smith news as well as six players were cut from the team.
