DETROIT — Bears cornerback Jaylon Johnson, who missed all of training camp with a groin injury, hurt his groin again in his first game of the season Sunday and did not return.

Johnson fell to the ground after breaking up a third-down pass and laid on the Ford Field turf, facedown, for two minutes before eventually walking off the field with a trainer. He went to the blue injury tent and then to the locker room, Johnson was replaced by cornerback Nahshon Wright, who started the season opener, on the next drive in the second quarter.
