The heavy lifting in free agency is finished. Chicago attacked several problem areas -- quarterback, cornerback, safety, wide receiver and tight end -- in the past eight days, but the most important part of any offseason is the draft. With the third overall pick, the Bears have to hit a home run in the first round. Failure is not an option.
