Tight end George Kittle will have until Sunday night to decide whether he can face the Bears on a sprained ankle, 49ers GM John Lynch told KNBR-AM on Friday.
“It was a low ankle sprain, and George is recovering really well,” he said. “Is he going to get there? We don’t know. It’s one of those things where George is the type of player where you give him that latitude of ‘Hey, we’ll give you all the way up to the game. ...
