Chicago Bears rumors focus on training camp arriving for Chicago. The NFL is requiring all 32 NFL teams to reduce their rosters to 80 players for training camp this year. The Bears have already trimmed their roster from 90 to 85 players by trading Adam Shaheen to the Dolphins and releasing Ben Braunecker, Devante Bond, Kentrell Brice and Alex Wesley. The Bears still need to release 5 more players to get to the 80-man training camp roster limit for 2020.
Bears News was hot this weekend when they traded TE Adam Shaheen to the Miami Dolphins for a 2021 7th round pick. Chicago is trying to reduce their roster before training camp and will continue to do so as the NFL is mandating all teams get down to 80-man rosters for NFL training camps. The Bears will make some tough decisions on players you likely haven’t heard of including Dieter Eiselen, Napoleon Maxwell and Lee Autry.

Potential Bears roster cuts do include a couple of names you might know including Eric Saubert and Xavier Crawford. Saubert was one of the many tight ends on the roster this past season and Crawford has spent some time in the NFL. They join the three UDFAs of Eiselen, Maxwell and Autry as players who could get cut prior to the start of training camp for the Chicago Bears.
