West Ham remain adamant that Declan Rice is 'not for sale' despite his 'reluctance to negotiate a new contract' and interest from Chelsea.
The Hammers have kept a stern resolve when it comes to hanging on to Rice and they have long insisted that the 23-year-old will not be sold for anything less than their £150million asking price.
Rice impressed last season with 50 appearances across all competitions as David Moyes' side finished seventh in the Premier League and made it to the Europa League semi finals.
