Thomas Tuchel insists Chelsea hierarchy WILL regain the trust of angry supporters after the failed European Super League breakaway because 'they appreciate' what owner Roman Abramovich has done for them

Thomas Tuchel believes it will not be hard for the Chelsea hierarchy to regain the trust of supporters after the European Super League fiasco because they will appreciate what owner Roman Abramovich has done to make the club what it is.

Chelsea were due to be one of the founder members of the controversial breakaway competition which collapsed after a huge backlash from fans, authorities and players.

Thomas Tuchel says it wont be hard for the Chelsea hierarchy to regain the trust of their fans

Manager Tuchel said: ‘No [it won’t be hard to regain trust] because I think that the people and the fans know very, very much that it’s also the credit from the owners who improve their clubs and made big strong clubs and build a strong and maybe the most competitive league in the world so I think they appreciate that very, very well.
