Thomas Tuchel has made contact with Raheem Sterling ahead of Chelsea's imminent bid for the Manchester City forward, according to The Telegraph.
The England international has emerged as one of Tuchel's top transfer targets this summer - with the 27-year-old seen as a potential replacement for the departing Romelu Lukaku.
With just one year remaining on his contract at the Etihad, Sterling has been closely followed by a number of top clubs across Europe - with Chelsea doing their best to secure his signature.

According to reports, the Blues are preparing an opening bid for Sterling, who is valued by City at around £50million.
