Thomas Tuchel says he will give Chelsea's misfiring forwards until the end of this season to arrest their slump before deciding whether more reinforcements are required.

Chelsea brought in £180million worth of attacking talent last summer but Timo Werner and Kai Havertz are among those struggling in front of goal.

Tammy Abraham has their most league goals, with six, despite not playing for almost two months.

But when asked whether this is sustainable - or if Chelsea need a new No 9 - the German said: 'For the next eight weeks, we just have to think how we can improve the scoring and the scoring situation, and nothing else, and then in the summer we will think further and think together with the club about what solutions are the best solutions for us.
