Sean Dyche and ex-Olympiacos boss on Nottingham Forest shortlist while Premier League-winning manager emerges as surprise candidate after Ange Postecoglou sacking

Former Burnley and Everton boss Sean Dyche is one of the names under consideration to replace Ange Postecoglou at Nottingham Forest.

The Australian was sacked just 18 minutes after Nottingham Forest's home defeat by Chelsea to bring a brutal end to the shortest permanent managerial tenure in Premier League history.

Postecoglou was told by a senior official, not thought to be owner Evangelos Marinakis, shortly after full-time that he had been dismissed after just 39 days in charge. Forest hope to have a permanent replacement in time for Thursday's Europa League clash with Porto at the City Ground.
