Ryder Cup in Paris and a Spartak Moscow game: Where will John Terry turn up next?

John Terry has made something of a habit of turning up in the most unexpected places over the years.

Indeed, having politely rejected a move to Spartak Moscow over Instagram just a week or two ago, Terry showed up out of the blue to watch the Russian side in action against Rostov on Sunday.

The ex-Chelsea captain was seen mingling with Spartak fans outside the Otkrytiye Arena before kick-off.

For the record, Spartak went on to lose 1-0 in front of their home crowd, many of whom were perhaps left wishing that Terry had been out on the pitch rather than up in the stands.
