Rio Ferdinand believes the mentality that Antonio Conte has instilled in his players helped Tottenham earn themselves a draw against Chelsea on Sunday.
Spurs fell behind twice at Stamford Bridge, but battled back both times to claim a 2-2 draw, with Harry Kane scoring in the final minute to rescue a point in an absorbing contest which saw Conte and Thomas Tuchel clash on multiple occasions on the touchline.
Ferdinand has admitted that Chelsea outplayed Tottenham, but praised Conte for ensuring that his side did not give up, and has insisted that the Italian's intense approach would have worked at Manchester United if he had replaced Ole Gunnar Solskjaer last year.
