Revealed: The gap in value between Chelsea and Man United as they 'open initial talks' for Alejandro Garnacho transfer

Chelsea have opened initial talks with Manchester United regarding a deal for Alejandro Garnacho.

As reported by The Athletic, Garnacho is keen on a move to Stamford Bridge but there is currently a gap between United and Chelsea's valuation of the player.

United are seeking in excess of £40million for the Argentina international.

However, the Blues currently value Garnacho at around £30million.

Chelsea feel that the price for Garnacho will drop if United secure the signing of RB Leipzig forward Benjamin Sesko.

Sesko has been given permission to undergo a medical ahead of a £74million move to United.
