Chelsea staged a second-half comeback to beat Real Betis 3-1 in the UEFA Conference League final on Wednesday night.
The victory sees Chelsea become the first team to have won all four UEFA competitions - having previously won the Champions League, Europa League and the now-defunct Cup Winners’ Cup.
However it was Betis who opened the scoring, in the ninth minute of the match, after a well-taken strike by Abdessamad Ezzalzouli flew beyond Filip Jorgensen.
Enzo Maresca's Blues battled away for a response in the remainder of the first-half - however were left frustrated as they failed to find an answer.
