Nottingham Forest are closing in on a loan deal for Chelsea's Brazilian Andrey Santos as they attempt to reinforce their squad before the transfer window shuts.
The 19-year-old agreed a move to Stamford Bridge in January, but is now set to be shipped out on a temporary deal in search of Premier League experience.
Santos has been in excellent pre-season form, but Chelsea are overloaded with expensive midfielders and would unlikely rival other figures for a starting berth in Mauricio Pochettino's side.
A deal is edging closer to being completed with the Blues keen to see the player continue his development at another English top-flight side.
