Fiorentina's director of sport Carlos Freitas says there has been no approach for any of his club's players amid speculation linking Chelsea with a bid for Marcos Alonso.
Chelsea are in the market for a centre-back this summer and Marca reports that they are ready to pay €25 million for former Spain youth international Alonso, while Sky Sports has said they are in advanced talks for the versatile 25-year-old.
Speaking at a news conference to present new signings Sebastian Cristoforo and Carlos Salcedo, Freitas was asked if any enquiries had been made about any of Fiorentina's players, to which he replied: "At the moment, no.
