Leeds United midfielder Adam Forshaw facing uncertain future at Elland Road as approach from Saudi Pro League threatens to scupper negotiations over a new contract with Championship side

Leeds United midfielder Adam Forshaw has received a big money offer from Saudi Arabia Pro League side Al Akhdoud.

Forshaw has been in discussions over a new contract with Leeds, who have tabled an offer, but he has also had proposals from European sides and is now considering his options.

Forshaw has been training regularly to maintain his fitness and is effectively a free agent as his contract ran out at Elland Road last month.

Rival Championship clubs have also checked on his situation but the 31-year old's priority has been to agree new terms with Leeds where he has spent the last five years.
