John Terry is working hard towards a return to action for Chelsea and the defender posted a video on Instagram documenting a backyard workout.
The Chelsea captain was being put through his paces in a number of exercises and the accompanying caption read: 'Morning session complete, 20 Hill sprints followed by a another session with Bradley Simmonds.
The video begins with Terry executing a number of push-ups and continues to show him working on his footwork, stepping in between rungs of a four-sided training ladder.

He moves on to a rope exercise, holding an end in each of his hands and flicking it upwards repeatedly.
