Former Chelsea and Arsenal midfielder Willian 'is set for a shock Premier League return at 34 with Fulham' as Corinthians CANCEL his contract after just a year

Fulham are set to sign former Chelsea and Arsenal midfielder Willian, after the Brazilian’s contract with Corinthians was terminated on Wednesday, according to reports.

Willian’s deal at his boyhood club, who he joined from Arsenal last summer, was cancelled after Corinthians’ Copa Libertadores quarter-final exit to Flamengo 3-0 on aggregate.

The 34-year-old had agreed a two-year-deal with the Brazilian side before Wednesday’s premature termination after just a year.
