Chelsea boss Graham Potter has confirmed that new £107million signing Enzo Fernandez may have to wait to make his debut ahead of their clash with Fulham tomorrow evening.
The Argentine World Cup winner signed for the Blues on transfer deadline day for a British record £107m move from Benfica.
Fernandez's stunning move had been agreed in the last minutes of the transfer window as both clubs spent Tuesday locked in talks to try and get the move wrapped up.
Former Brighton boss Potter revealed in his pre-match press conference that Fernandez international clearance is yet to go through, therefore he may be forced to miss out on their clash with west London rivals Fulham in the Premier League.
