Out-of-favour Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel is attracting the interest of Dutch giants PSV Eindhoven.
The 24-year-old, who spent the second half of last season on loan at PSV, has been told he is not part of the Blues' plans for next season.
And PSV are eyeing a permanent deal for the Dutch international, but according to Eindhovens Dagblad, the two clubs are yet to reach an agreement.
Van Ginkel is said to be keen on a return to Eindhoven but is due back for pre-season training at Chelsea on Monday.
Despite casting doubts over Van Ginkel's immediate future at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea are still keen to keep a close eye on his development.
