Atletico Madrid and Chelsea target Faouzi Ghoulam has stalled on signing a new contract with Napoli.
The left-back's current deal expires in 18 months time and he has been in talks over fresh terms since October.
Both Atletico Madrid and Chelsea are interested in the Algerian and they are monitoring his situation closely.
And they will have been given fresh hope as, according to Rai, Ghoulam is stalling on putting pen to paper on a new deal.
Napoli have reportedly offered the 25-year-old a deal worth around £30,000-a-week, which is over double what the defender currently earns.
