Chelsea's players were forced to evacuate Cobham training ground after a fire alarm was triggered at the complex's swimming pool on Friday afternoon.
The Blues, who take on Sunderland at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, were gearing up for the Premier League clash when the alarm sounded amid fears of a chlorine leak at the Cobham base.
Ahead of Enzo Maresca's 3pm session with the first team, players were forced to evacuate the complex before Surrey Fire and Rescue arrived to investigate.
Emergency services confirmed the incident was a false alarm,
'Fire services responded to an automatically triggered alarm at Chelsea FC's Cobham training facility,' Chelsea revealed in a statement.
