Chelsea managerial target Mauricio Pochettino is set 'to have the final say on turning Joao Felix's loan into a permanent £68m deal this summer should he take charge - despite Todd Boehly being a huge fan of forward'

Mauricio Pochettino will reportedly have the power to veto a permanent deal for Joao Felix should he be named as Graham Potter's permanent successor.

Co-controlling owners Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali are working on securing their new manager with owner Tottenham boss Pochettino the frontrunner following a three-week search.

Pochettino, who has been out of work since being sacked by Paris Saint Germain last summer, spent Monday in talks which have reached an advanced stage.

And The Express report he would be given an immediate say on transfer dealings.
