The Blues are currently eight points clear at the summit ahead of Swansea's trip to Stamford Bridge this weekend, and remain on track to replicate the Double-winning season of 2009-10 under Carlo Ancelotti.
In an interview with the Chelsea Pitch Owners - the company with the freehold of the land on which Stamford Bridge stands - Conte spoke of the vital ingredients needed to shape a successful side, having done so previously at Juventus.
