Chelsea manager Antonio Conte lost the title in dramatic circumstances with a bigger point advantage when he was Juventus captain

Antonio Conte has every reason to be fearful ahead of the Premier League run-in, despite Chelsea's four-point lead.

After all, the Italian manager knows the pain of blowing an advantage, having captained Juventus as they collapsed and lost the title to Lazio during the 1999-2000 campaign.

Juventus had led the league table for the vast majority of the season under manager Carlo Ancelotti. They even went 22 games unbeaten between October and March.
