Chelsea legend Frank Lampard 'in talks to become Oxford boss' after League one side sacked Pep Clotet

Frank Lampard is in talks with Oxford to become their new manager after the League One side sacked Pep Clotet on Monday.

The Chelsea legend was considered for the job at Kassam Stadium last summer but he instead opted to focus on completing his coaching badges.

Lampard has occasionally been asked to help out with the Blues' Under-18s this season but, according to The Sun, could now be poised to fill the vacant manager's job with the U's.
