Chelsea head coach Thomas Tuchel admits he 'can be a shouter' and doesn't 'try hard to be loved' by players as German reveals his 'unpredictable' approach

Chelsea head coach Thomas Tuchel has shed light on his management approach, admitting he 'can be a shouter' and does not try hard to be loved by his players.

Tuchel, 47, has made an impressive since taking over from Frank Lampard last month, with four wins from his opening five games and only one goal conceded.

The former Borussia Dortmund and Paris Saint-Germain manager arrived at Stamford Bridge with a reputation as a tough taskmaster after fall-outs at previous clubs, and has made it clear he prefers an honest approach with players rather than trying to be liked.
