Chelsea's hopes of strengthening their midfield this summer look set to be boosted, with Bayern Munich reportedly dropping out of the race to land Kai Havertz.
Havertz has emerged as one of the stand-out talents at Bayer Leverkusen this term and his performances in the Bundesliga and the Champions League have been lauded by many.
The 21-year-old has been tracked by many of Europe's leading sides including the Blues and the German champions.
This term he has scored 17 goals across 43 games and added nine assists too.
