Chelsea could lose Eden Hazard, Thibaut Courtois and Antonio Conte this summer if the Blues fail to qualify for next season’s Champions League.
Conte looks certain to leave Stamford Bridge regardless of Chelsea’s achievements this season due to his increasingly fractious relationship with the club’s board, but Courtois’ and Hazard’s futures rest on the west Londoners’ European qualification.
