Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel bizarrely blames the LIGHTS inside Stamford Bridge for 'heavily disturbed' Jorginho's mistake, which led to Manchester United's breakaway goal in disappointing draw

Thomas Tuchel has rushed to the defence of Jorginho after the playmaker committed a blunder at Stamford Bridge to gift Manchester United a soft opening goal.

The Italian - while sitting as the last man back while the Blues took a corner - opted to try and bring down a cleared aerial ball by United only to get his touch horribly wrong and allow Jadon Sancho to steal through on goal.

Knowing what had happened, Jorginho immediately gave up on the ball, knowing that catching the counter-attacking speed of Sancho would be impossible - with the England youngster then slotting coolly past Edouard Mendy.
