Chelsea are planning on hiring transfer 'guru' Paul Mitchell in preparation for a mass overhaul of their squad in the upcoming summer transfer window.
Mitchell is an expert in the field of recruitment and has experience working with clubs at various levels of the English pyramid as well as with a host of clubs across Europe's top flights.
Having called a premature end to his playing career through injury at the age of 27, Mitchell was appointed as MK Dons' first ever head of recruitment, where he worked closely with Dele Alli in the early stages of his career.
