Chelsea are reportedly extremely close to completing a £115M deal for Enzo Fernandez after agreeing a deal with Portuguese side Benfica.
Fernandez has been the subject of intense negotiations between current club Benfica and the Premier League side in the January transfer window.
But, Blues owner Todd Boehly will see his club finally land one of their top targets after bidding £10m over the star's release clause, according to The Times.
